What They’re Saying about Us
Client Testimonials
“Working with CHEC was a great experience, from planning to implementation to analysis. They worked to understand not only the audience for whom training was provided, but also the local community landscape. They were open to feedback and fostered a safe and educational environment for our staff to develop their skills.”

“Our team at Allegheny Health Network requested Cultural Humility and Equity Collaborative’s services to develop a Cultural Humility training for our providers. We could have accessed a similar training online, but we wanted an expert who has the experience working with local immigrant communities. CHEC was flexible and took into consideration our team’s feedback as they worked on the training. CHEC did an amazing job tailoring the training to our specific needs as a healthcare system and worked with us on a convenient timeline.”

“After hearing Dr. Block speak at an equity event, we asked her to present her cultural humility workshop at our 2018 Jefferson Forum, an all-day conference for 300 participants. Her workshop became the talk of the forum as enthusiastic participants discussed its transforming impact, recommended her work to others, and gave it the highest ratings. Her impact continued as the leaders of several organizations, including the Allegheny Health Network, engaged her to work with their teams as a result of her workshop. Cultural Humility and Equity Collaborative’s framework and approach can serve as an important element as organizations examine and commit to the work of racial equity.”
