We begin by listening. Our team will get to know your organization, listen to your concerns, and discuss desired outcomes.

Collaboration: Designing An Educational Plan

Based on the organizational needs, CHEC customizes a training plan to promote the learning and growth of your employees. Integral to our process is taking the pulse of employees’ understanding of cultural humility through a pre- and post-outcomes assessment.

Engagement: Practicing Interactive Learning & Growth

CHEC will educate your staff on cultural humility. Our team is skilled in connecting with employees in a wide variety of settings. Based on workforce needs, we can conduct the training on-site, online, or through a hybrid format.

Debriefing: Looking Back & Looking Forward

Once the active working cycle is complete, we connect with you to review outcomes, goals, and assessment tools. Cultural humility is not a one-time lesson, but an ongoing process. We work together to determine how to continue to engage in the process of cultural humility.
